Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement of cleaning services from Super Shine Cleaning Service Sdn. Bhd. ("Super Shine", "we", "us"). By booking a cleaning visit you agree to these Terms.

1. Services we offer

We provide residential cleaning services in Hulu Langat and Gombak districts of Selangor, Malaysia. Our four core service lines are: deep cleaning, move-in / move-out cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, and sofa / mattress / carpet extraction. Scope of each service is described on the relevant service page on this website.

2. Booking and quotes

Quotes are based on home size, scope and condition. Photos or a site visit may be required for an accurate quote. A confirmed booking is one for which we have agreed a date, scope and price in writing (WhatsApp, SMS or email).

3. Payment

Payment is due on the day of service unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash, bank transfer (FPX / DuitNow) and selected e-wallets (TNG / GrabPay). An invoice is issued for every job.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

  • More than 24 hours notice: free reschedule, no fee.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: a 30% reschedule fee may apply to cover team allocation.
  • No-show: a 50% charge applies for cancellation on the day or non-access on arrival.

5. Access to the property

You are responsible for ensuring our team can access the property at the scheduled time. For condos, please arrange guard registration and lift booking; we can advise. If access is not granted within 30 minutes of arrival, the visit is treated as a no-show.

6. Scope and exclusions

We perform only the work agreed in your booking. Additional tasks may be added at our discretion, with pricing confirmed in writing first. Exterior windows on high-rise condos, biohazard cleaning, mould remediation and structural restoration are not included unless explicitly scoped.

7. Damage and breakage

We take care of your property. If accidental damage occurs and is reported within 48 hours, we will investigate and resolve it through repair, replacement or fair compensation. Pre-existing wear, loose fixtures or fragile items not declared in advance are excluded.

8. 24-hour re-clean guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any area of the cleaning, flag it within 24 hours of sign-off and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional charge. Beyond 24 hours, a partial re-clean visit is charged at normal rates.

9. Health and safety

Our team carries professional cleaning supplies safe for residential use. If anyone in the household has chemical sensitivities, allergies or asthma triggered by cleaning products, please tell us when booking so we can substitute appropriate alternatives.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected during booking and service is handled per our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability for any claim arising from a cleaning visit is limited to the value of that visit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
